Terms of Service

By using the sofoio.com website, contacting us, or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or hire us. We keep these terms plain and honest — no lawyerly traps.

Sofoio Studio provides design, engineering, AI product development, SaaS platforms, e‑commerce and paid media services. The specific scope, timeline, deliverables and pricing for any engagement are captured in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) that both parties sign before work begins.

Engagements are billed according to the SOW — typically a deposit up front, milestone payments during the project, and a final payment on delivery. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may pause ongoing work. We do not begin a project until the deposit is received.

All final, paid‑for deliverables transfer to the client on final payment, with the exception of our proprietary libraries, tools and techniques, which we retain the right to reuse. We may showcase the work in our portfolio and case studies unless the SOW explicitly restricts us from doing so.

To do our best work, we need timely feedback, access to content, accounts and stakeholders, and honest decisions. Delays caused by the client may push timelines and costs. We are partners in the outcome, not contractors operating in the dark.

We treat everything you share with us as confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual NDA on request. We expect the same discretion in return regarding our internal processes, pricing and tools.

We deliver the work to a professional standard and fix defects we caused for 30 days after launch at no charge. We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes like revenue, traffic or ranking. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement.

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach with 14 days written notice. On termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date and receives all work delivered to date. We aim to end relationships as gracefully as we start them.

These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction where Sofoio Studio is registered, and any disputes will be resolved there. Where possible, we prefer to resolve disagreements through direct conversation first.
